RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIMS OF HUGO AND ARTEMISA ANGELES.

Resolved by this Assembly:

Section 1. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Hugo Angeles, Administrator, Estate of Athena Angeles, file number 23092 of said commissioner.

Sec. 2. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Artemisa Angeles, by Hugo Angeles, her next friend and father, file number 23093 of said commissioner.

Sec. 3. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution

by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Hugo Angeles, file number 23094 of said commissioner.
