RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION PERMITTING EARLY VOTING AND VOTING BY MAIL.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the Constitution of the state of Connecticut be amended to permit an elector to cast a ballot at an election (1) at a designated location in such elector's municipality prior to the day on which such election is held, and (2) by submitting such ballot by mail.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide electors the options of voting early or by mail.
