AN ACT CONCERNING A DEDUCTION FROM THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX FOR TOLLS PAID IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that, should Connecticut restore over-the-road tolling, in-state tolls shall be tax deductible for persons filing a state personal income tax return, with appropriate documentation.
Statement of Purpose:
To make Connecticut tolls tax deductible on the state personal income tax return.
