AN ACT WAIVING THE FEES FOR MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND AN OPERATOR'S LICENSE FOR RETIRED RESERVISTS FOR TWO YEARS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (o) of section 14-49 and section 14-50 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to waive the fee for a motor vehicle registration and an operator's license issued to a retired member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States for two years following such member's retirement.

Statement of Purpose:

To waive the fee for a motor vehicle registration and an operator's license issued to retired member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States for two years following such member's retirement.
