AN ACT CONCERNING THE REMOVAL OF CAMPAIGN LAWN SIGNS FROM PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit for the removal of unlawfully placed campaign lawn signs from public rights-of-way three days after an election or referendum, and that there be no penalty or criminal liability for such removal of signs.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the removal of campaign lawn signs on public rights-of-way.
