AN ACT CONCERNING PACKAGE STORES AND CONNECTICUT-BREWED BEER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow package store permittees to sell growlers of Connecticut-brewed beer.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow package store permittees to sell growlers of Connecticut-brewed beer.
