AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-749 of the general statutes be amended to increase from eight months to one year the amount of time that a family remains eligible for state child care subsidies without a redetermination of need.
Statement of Purpose:
To change the redetermination timeline for child care support in the state child care subsidy program from eight months to one year.
