AN ACT CONCERNING TERMINATION CLAUSES IN CONTRACTS BETWEEN HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AND INSURERS AND OTHER ENTITIES THAT PROVIDE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require termination clauses in contracts between health care providers and insurers or other entities that provide health care benefits to be clearly stated and in large, bold print.
