AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TRANSPORT OF CERTAIN FISH INTO THE STATE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide that any state resident who holds a valid license to fish in another state and who catches fish in accordance with such license shall be permitted to transport such fish into this state.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow state residents who catch fish legally in other states to bring such fish home.
