AN ACT CONCERNING THE HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSE FEES FOR CERTAIN YOUTHS AND NONRESIDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce by twenty per cent the hunting and fishing license fees for persons between ages sixteen to eighteen, inclusive, and to establish new three-day and seven-day nonresident hunting and fishing license fees.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce hunting and fishing license fees for certain young people and establish new fees for short-term nonresident hunting and fishing licenses.
