AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY TAX CREDITS FOR BUSINESSES THAT PAY EMPLOYEES ABOVE THE TIPPED MINIMUM WAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the feasibility of and make recommendations concerning a tax credit for businesses that choose to pay employees subject to the tipped minimum wage an amount greater than such wage.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to study tax credits for businesses that pay tipped employees an amount greater than the tipped minimum wage.
