AN ACT EXEMPTING MUNICIPAL HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES FROM THE INSURANCE PREMIUM TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 207 of the general statutes be amended to exempt municipal health insurance contracts and policies from the insurance premium tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt municipal health insurance policies from the insurance premium tax.
