AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRICITY RATES FOR RETIREES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to exempt retirees from paying peak electric rate increases.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt retirees from the peak rate increase.
