AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE COST OF SECURITY UPGRADES IN SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-283 of the general statutes be amended to make the cost of upgrading security in schools eligible for purposes of calculating eligible costs for school building project grants.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist towns in making security upgrades in schools by providing state reimbursement for such upgrades.
