AN ACT CONCERNING THE NONDISCLOSURE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES OF POLICE OFFICERS ON MUNICIPAL LAND RECORDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 1-217 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the disclosure of the residential address of any police officer contained on a municipal land record.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the privacy of police officers from disclosure of their home addresses on municipal land records.
