AN ACT CONCERNING RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS ON AGRICULTURAL LANDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require the Clean Energy Fund to provide an incentive program for the construction of renewable energy projects on agricultural lands.

Statement of Purpose:

To facilitate the construction of renewable energy projects on agricultural lands.
