AN ACT REQUIRING THAT LEGISLATION BE MADE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO ITS PASSAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that all bills and resolutions be made available for legislators to review not less than forty-eight hours prior to such bills being called for a vote.
Statement of Purpose:
To give legislators time to review legislation prior to voting on it.
