AN ACT COMPENSATING BUSINESSES IN THE STATE FOR COSTS INCURRED TO COLLECT SALES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state to compensate businesses in the state for the cost such businesses incur to collect sales tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To compensate businesses in the state for the cost such businesses incur to collect sales tax.
