AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to raise the thresholds at which public works projects must abide by the prevailing wage laws to five million dollars for new construction and one million dollars for any remodeling, refinishing, refurbishing, rehabilitation, alteration or repair work.

Statement of Purpose:

To update the prevailing wage thresholds.
