AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF TOBACCO SETTLEMENT FUND DISBURSEMENTS FOR TOBACCO USE CESSATION PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require funds from the Tobacco Settlement Fund to be disbursed for the purpose of funding tobacco use cessation programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To require proper use of funds in the Tobacco Settlement Fund.
