AN ACT EXTENDING THE PESTICIDE BAN TO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC FIELDS AND PUBLIC PARKS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to extend the ban on the application of pesticides to high school playing fields and public parks.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce environmental hazards posed by pesticides in public areas.
