AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX RELIEF FOR CERTAIN VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to establish a property tax relief program for veterans who have served on active duty for six months or more.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to provide property tax relief to certain veterans through a circuit breaker program.
