AN ACT CONCERNING FULL FUNDING FOR THE ACCESS MENTAL HEALTH CT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the current biennial budget be amended to provide full funding for the Access Mental Health CT program for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide full state funding for the Access Mental Health CT program.
