AN ACT CONCERNING RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE JUVENILE JUSTICE POLICY AND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the state budget be amended for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, to provide funding to implement recommendations of the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide funding to implement the recommendations of the Juvenile Justice and Policy Oversight Committee.
