AN ACT CONCERNING VISITATION RIGHTS FOR GRANDPARENTS WHEN A GRANDCHILD'S PARENTS ARE DECEASED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow a grandparent to obtain visitation rights with respect to a grandchild whose parents are deceased.

To allow a grandparent to obtain visitation rights with respect to a grandchild whose parents are deceased.
