AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELIMINATION OF TAX EXPENDITURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate tax expenditures, including tax credits, deductions and exemptions, in order to enhance revenue collection and reduce overall tax rates on businesses and individuals.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase revenue collection and implement lower tax rates to foster job creation.
