AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 697 of public act 17-2 of the June special session be amended to eliminate the transfer of five million dollars from the community investment account to the General Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate a sweep of five million dollars from the community investment account into the General Fund.
