AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A DATABASE TO COLLECT INFORMATION RELATING TO COMMON CORE STATE STANDARDS IMPLEMENTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 163 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to create a database that collects information on how much money each local and regional board of education is spending to implement the common core state standards and on how much state and federal dollars are being spent to implement such standards.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a database to track funds being spent to implement the common core state standards.
