AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN BUILDINGS FROM PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt from the prevailing wage requirements any building that is leased by a municipality to a private individual for entertainment purposes when such individual is required to assume all liability for maintaining the leased structure in accordance with all state and local building requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt certain lessees from the prevailing wage requirements when they improve buildings leased from a municipality.
