AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FIVE-CENT RECYCLING DEPOSIT ON NIP BOTTLES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a five-cent recycling deposit on nip bottles.

Statement of Purpose:

To encourage the recycling of nip bottles that otherwise frequently litter urban areas.
