Summary
To require each life insurer that issues a life insurance policy in this state to: (1) Provide an annual notice to the owners and beneficiaries of, insureds under and insurance producer that negotiated and sold such policy regarding the status of such policy; and (2) send any notice cancelling such policy to all owners of such policy.
