Summary

To require health insurance coverage for certain screenings for mental or nervous conditions, expand reporting requirements concerning the all-payer claims database and mental and behavioral health, modify the Consumer Report Card on Health Insurance Carriers in Connecticut and require health carriers to comply with the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008, P.L. 110-343.
