Summary

To adopt the 2008 revisions to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and required by Public Law 113-183, the Preventing Sex Trafficking and Strengthening Families Act, as a condition for continued receipt of federal funding for the Title IV-D child support enforcement program and to make conforming statutory changes.
