Summary

To require business organizations receiving financial assistance from the state or an agency of the state for any construction, remodeling, refinishing, refurbishing, rehabilitation, alteration or repair on a property owned by such business organization to ensure that any mechanic, laborer or worker employed on such project receive not less than the prevailing wage.
