Summary

To: (1) Establish a fee of two hundred fifty dollars for an individual to be admitted pro hac vice in a matter in the Probate Court; (2) repeal outdated probate fee schedules; (3) define the term "fiduciary acquisition value" and substitute such term for "book value" for the purpose of calculating the probate fee for accountings; and (4) make conforming and technical changes.
