Summary

To: (1) Require certain group health insurance policies to provide coverage for pasteurized donor breast milk and human milk products derived from donor breast milk; (2) require the Commissioner of Public Health to establish a program to regulate the donation, processing and distribution of donor breast milk and human milk products derived from donor breast milk; and (3) require the Commissioner of Social Services, to the extent permissible under federal law, to provide Medicaid coverage for pasteurized donor breast milk and human milk products derived from donor breast milk.
