Summary

To amend the (1) definitions of "large group practice" and "group practice" relating to the certificate of need program, (2) size and composition of the type of group practices required to annually report to the Attorney General, (3) types of large group practice transfers of ownership and acquisition of medical equipment that require certificate of need approval, and (4) presumption in favor of certificate of need approval for certain large group practice transfers of ownership.
