An act relating to school transportation.

AB 2933, as introduced, O’Donnell. School transportation services.
Existing law establishes a system of public elementary and secondary education in the state. Existing law authorizes the governing board of a school district to provide for the transportation of pupils to and from school whenever, in the judgment of the board, the transportation is advisable and good reasons exist to do so.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to school transportation services in elementary and secondary schools.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to school transportation services in elementary and secondary schools.
