2017–2018 REGULAR SESSION
Assembly Bill | No. 1262 |
Introduced by Assembly Member Eduardo Garcia |
February 17, 2017 |
An act to amend Section 13825.1 of the Penal Code, relating to crimes.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 1262, as introduced, Eduardo Garcia.
Gang, crime, and violence prevention partnership programs.
Existing law establishes the California Gang, Crime, and Violence Prevention Partnership Program to provide funds to community-based organizations and nonprofit agencies that prevent or deter at-risk youth from participating in gangs, as specified.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
