AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the water quality assurance revolving fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; water quality assurance revolving fund; intent

A. The sum of $15,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the water quality assurance revolving fund established by section 49-282, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B. The legislature intends that the source of the monies appropriated in subsection A of this section be the monies levied and collected on the taxable income of corporations pursuant to section 43-1111, Arizona Revised Statutes.
