AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; department of education; district additional assistance; charter additional assistance

A.  In addition to any other monies appropriated for this purpose, the following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in the following fiscal years to the department of education for district additional assistance funding:

1.  $35,244,270 in fiscal year 2016-2017.

2.  $70,488,540 in fiscal year 2017-2018.

3.  $105,732,810 in fiscal year 2018-2019.

4.  $140,977,080 in fiscal year 2019-2020.

5.  $176,221,350 in fiscal year 2020-2021.

6.  $211,465,620 in fiscal year 2021-2022.

7.  $246,709,890 in fiscal year 2022-2023.

8.  $281,954,160 in fiscal year 2023-2024.

9.  $317,198,430 in fiscal year 2024-2025.

10.  $352,442,700 in fiscal year 2025-2026.

B.  In addition to any other monies appropriated for this purpose, the sum of $18,656,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of education for charter additional assistance funding.
