AN ACT
amending title 13, chapter 38, article 10, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-3943; relating to the disposition of seized property.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Subject to the requirements of article IV, part 1, section 1, Constitution of Arizona, title 13, chapter 38, article 10, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3943, to read:
13-3943. Disposition of marijuana for medical use
Any Marijuana for medical use as defined in section 36-2801 that is seized in a criminal investigation or forfeited pursuant to section 13-3413 shall be disposed of at the conclusion of the case in the same manner as marijuana.
Sec. 2. Requirements for enactment; three-fourths vote
Pursuant to article IV, part 1, section 1, Constitution of Arizona, section 13-3943, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is effective only on the affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature.
