AN ACT

 

amending Title 23, chapter 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 7; relating to government employers' labor relations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 23, chapter 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 7, to read:

ARTICLE 7.  GOVERNMENT EMPLOYERS

START_STATUTE23-1421.  Government contract workers

Any person who provides labor or personal services on a contract basis to this state or a political subdivision of this state shall not participate in a strike or any other work stoppage. END_STATUTE
