AN ACT
amending title 32, chapter 20, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 32‑2194.34; relating to cemeteries.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 32, chapter 20, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-2194.34, to read:
32-2194.34. Price list; estimate of fees and costs
A cemetery shall provide to a person a general price list and a good faith estimate of all fees and costs that the person will incur for any burial rights, merchandise or services purchased.
