AN ACT
Amending section 32‑1697, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the state board of dispensing opticians.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 32-1697, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
32-1697. Violations; classification
The practice of optical dispensing or operation of an optical establishment without a valid and subsisting license is a class 2 misdemeanor 6 felony.
