AN ACT
TRANSFERRING monies from the mines and mineral resources fund to the Arizona historical SOCIETY for the MAINTENANCE and operation of the MINING and mineral museum.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Transfer of monies to Arizona historical society
Monies in the mines and mineral resources fund established by section 27‑111, Arizona Revised Statutes, that were credited to the account for the maintenance and operations of the mining and mineral museum shall be transferred on the effective date of this act to the Arizona historical society to be used by the society for the maintenance and operation of the mining and mineral museum that is housed in the centennial museum.
