AN ACT

 

amending title 33, chapter 16, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 33-1805.01; RELATING to planned communities.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 33, chapter 16, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 33-1805.01, to read:

START_STATUTE33-1805.01.  Association website; electronic payments

Notwithstanding any provision in the community documents, a planned community association shall ESTABLISH and maintain an internet website for the planned community that allows for Receipt of all payments to the association by way of electronic funds transfers through the association's website, including automatic payment processing and direct electronic funds transfers.
