AN ACT

 

Making supplemental appropriations to certain community college districts for operating and capital expenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Supplemental appropriations; community college districts; additional operating and capital expenses

In addition to the appropriations made by Laws 2013, first special session, chapter 1, section 18, the following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2013-2014 to the following community college districts for operating and capital expenses:

1.  Cochise county community college district, $2,667,900.

2.  Coconino county community college district, $1,815,700.

3.  Graham county community college district, $1,967,200.

4.  Maricopa county community college district, $13,713,600.

5.  Mohave county community college district, $1,949,200.

6.  Navajo county community college district, $1,795,000.

7.  Pima county community college district, $4,434,500.

8.  Pinal county community college district, $2,225,100.

9.  Yavapai county community college district, $2,099,100.

10.  Yuma/La Paz county community college district, $2,332,700.
