AN ACT

 

amending title 41, chapter 32, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41‑3509; relating to government information technology.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 41, chapter 32, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-3509, to read:

START_STATUTE41-3509.  Budget units; security; authenticated accounts

Any budget unit that allows a third party to have limited access to raw data through network accounts shall establish authentication services to allow users to sign in using a user name and password. END_STATUTE
