APPROPRIATING MONIES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; highway and road projects; fiscal year 2022-2023; lapsing

A. The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of transportation for the following highway and road projects:

1. Distribution to Globe for sidewalk                $1,293,882

construction and improvements

on Jesse Hayes Road and Six

Shooter Canyon Road

2. Distribution to Winkelman for Golf                $ 951,644

Course Road and Quarelli Street

pavement rehabilitation and

improvements

3. Eastbound ramp improvements to the                $2,000,000

State Route 89 and State Route 89A

traffic interchange

4. Distribution to Prescott for the design           $1,450,000

of the Sundog Connector Corridor

5. Roundabout intersection construction              $ 400,488

at State Route 69 and State Route 169

6. Distribution to Lake Havasu City for              $1,687,775

Swanson Avenue pavement

rehabilitation and improvements

     between Lake Havasu Avenue and

     Smoketree Avenue
